Assistant Bars Manager

Reporting to the Bars Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the bars within the hotel. You will maintain a five star standard of bars service including monitoring of stock and inventory, cleanliness and all bars related procedures. You will coach, train and oversee your employees’ performance, always ensuring all the expected standards of service are achieved

Conference & Banqueting Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will ensure a smooth running of in house functions, ensuring set up, preparation and service is up to standard and 100% guest satisfaction is achieved at all times.

General Profile

The selected candidate will preferably have previous experience in a supervisory or junior management position, excellent leadership skills, a positive service oriented and professional disposition.  You should be highly motivated and innovative towards providing excellent quality service at all times. IT literacy is a must. Candidates currently undergoing ITS Management Training will also be considered

Sous Chef

You will be assisting the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef, with the management of food preparation and production requirements of the hotel, ensuring all food operations provide the highest level of quality. You will ensure that the kitchens are well maintained with food and hygiene handling regulation and all standards are in line with HACCP requirements.

General Profile

The selected candidate would have previous experience in a five-star hotel, be creative, cost focused, detail oriented and able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership skills, as well as a professional disposition, are essential. ITS or equivalent qualifications are essential.

Bartenders

Forming part of the Bars Team, you will prepare and serve drinks to our guests, ensuring service
and quality standards are maintained at all times. As a Bar Tender, you are to ensure that the bar area
is well maintained and stocked as per standard.

General Profile

The selected candidates will be passionate, friendly and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry,
with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of food & drink, and hotel
service, as well as a good command of the English language is essential. You will be required to work flexible
hours, have good communication skills, and be always ready to provide excellent quality service to our guests.
Relevant ITS qualification would be considered an asset.
