We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team in order to obtain the highest quality standards of cleanliness in the hotel at all times. You will ensure that standards of service provided are in line with Radisson Blu service concepts and guidelines.

General Profile

The ideal candidate should possess people management skills, be disciplined, flexible and able to work under pressure. Thorough Knowledge of Housekeeping procedures and standards, fluency in English and IT Literacy are a must. Previous experience in a five-star environment would be considered an asset.

Reporting to the Food & Drink Manager, you will ensure a smooth running of the Restaurant. You will be responsible for the day to day management, coaching and training of staff. You will run the show in a quality way always ensuring 100% guest satisfaction is achieved.

General Profile

The selected candidate must have previous experience in Management or Supervisory position, excellent leadership skills, ability to cope under pressure, strong planning and organisational skills, problem solving ability, positive service oriented and professional disposition.  You should be highly motivated and innovative towards providing excellent quality service at all times. IT literacy is a must.

From touring the island to visiting museums, historical sites and places of interest, to selecting the correct dining venue, beach or method of transportation, the Concierge will deliver a unique, tailor made and unforgettable experience to all our diverse customer profiles.

 General Profile

The Selected candidate will be genuinely friendly, possess a high level of maturity, be highly motivated, smart and able to work under minimum supervision. Computer literacy and fluency in English is a must; coupled with a basic knowledge of Maltese history, culture and heritage. Previous experience in the hotel industry or any customer & sales related experience will be considered an asset.

Guest Relations Manager

General Profile

The selected candidate would have previous Management experience in a role involving daily direct guest contact preferably within Front Office. Night Receptionist-Auditor

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be a highly service oriented individual, able to work on your own initiative and also capable of handling the Night Audit procedures

General Profile

Fluency in English and IT literacy is essential, however the knowledge of other languages is important. Previous experience in Front Office Reception and thorough knowledge of Opera and Front Office procedures will be considered an asset.

Food and beverage servers

Forming part of the Restaurant Team at the hotel, reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor, you will serve
food and beverage to guests, whilst ensuring service and quality standards are maintained at all times.

Bartenders

Forming part of the Bars Team, you will prepare and serve drinks to our guests, ensuring service
and quality standards are maintained at all times. As a Bar Tender, you are to ensure that the bar area
is well maintained and stocked as per standard.

General Profile

The selected candidates will be passionate, friendly and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry,
with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of food & drink, and hotel
service, as well as a good command of the English language is essential. You will be required to work flexible
hours, have good communication skills, and be always ready to provide excellent quality service to our guests.
Relevant ITS qualification would be considered an asset.
