Forming part of our Reservations team and reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for processing of guests’ accommodation reservations including queries, payment details, confirmation of information and group rooming list.  You will coach, train and oversee your team’s performance, ensuring all the expected standards and guests’ satisfaction is achieved.

General Profile

The selected candidate will have a smart and outgoing personality, ability to multi-task, good communication skills, an eye for detail and be able to work unsupervised. Computer literacy is a must. Previous experience in the hotel industry and the knowledge of Opera system will be considered an asset.

Banqueting Chef De Rang

Assistant Front Office Manager

Forming part of the Management Team and reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will provide efficient, prompt, courteous proactive service to our guests, you will maximise room revenue and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. You will solve front office guest issues in a timely manner, always ensuring our guests’ experience is exceptional. You will supervise and guide the Front office team, be hands on, monitor the front office operation and always lead by example.

General Profile

The selected candidate would have previous Management experience in a role involving daily direct guest contact within Front Office. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a positive service oriented and professional disposition. Fluency in English and additional languages is essential. Thorough knowledge of Opera and an ITS Qualification will be considered an asset.

Room Service Attendant

Forming part of the Food & Beverage Team you will report to the Restaurant Manager & Supervisors. You will attend to guest room service requirements and ensure a smooth running of room service duties, whilst ensuring guest needs are met and exceeded.

Security Officer

Reporting to the Security & Safety Supervisor, working on a shift basis, including nights and weekends, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests. This will involve regular patrolling of the hotel; checking key security issues; escorting people handling cash or valuable items; monitoring the hotel’s security system; handling emergency situations and other security related matters.

General Profile

This position requires you to have a disciplined character, well-developed communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written. An ability to work with least supervision as well as tactfulness in handling sensitive situations and guests are also important. You will be in possession of the Security Guard License and have a good knowledge of fire fighting and first aid. IT literacy is a must. Experience in similar or related positions would be highly advantageous

Bars Supervisor

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the bars within the hotel. You will maintain a five star standard of bars service including monitoring of stock and inventory, cleanliness and all bars related procedures. You will coach, train and oversee your employees’ performance, always ensuring all the expected standards of service are achieved

Electrician

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping the hotel facilities in an optimum working condition. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, Pat testing and repairs on all the hotel equipment.

General Profile

The selected candidate will preferably have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar position, be a team player and have a positive attitude. You will be ready to work flexible hours when the need arises. Candidate must have License A and B, or BTech National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Applicants with License A only will also be considered.

Food and beverage servers

Forming part of the Restaurant Team at the hotel, reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor, you will serve
food and beverage to guests, whilst ensuring service and quality standards are maintained at all times.

Bartenders

Forming part of the Bars Team, you will prepare and serve drinks to our guests, ensuring service
and quality standards are maintained at all times. As a Bar Tender, you are to ensure that the bar area
is well maintained and stocked as per standard.

General Profile

The selected candidates will be passionate, friendly and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry,
with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of food & drink, and hotel
service, as well as a good command of the English language is essential. You will be required to work flexible
hours, have good communication skills, and be always ready to provide excellent quality service to our guests.
Relevant ITS qualification would be considered an asset.
