Junior Draughtsperson

Forming part of our Project Design Team, in this role one would be responsible for producing detailed drawings, compiling data, inspecting sites as well as assisting with administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair together with an excellent eye for detail. Working under minimum supervision and on own initiative, one will ensure that all aspects of design work are produced to the highest standards within a set timeframe.

An excellent command of 3Ds Max Vray, Photoshop, CAD and Microsoft Office are prerequisites for this position. A recognised qualification from MCAST or a similar institution together with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role will be considered as an asset.

Restaurant Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a restaurant specialist with a natural flair for looking after guests and colleagues, is passionate about the Hospitality industry and is looking to take his/her career to the next step.

This hands-on role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and planning within the Hotel’s Main Restaurant.  The ideal person shall manage a multi-cultural team, work closely with the culinary team as well as the service team in order to ensure guest satisfaction at all times, whilst ensuring maximum profitability.

The ideal candidate must be in possession of:

  • A minimum of two years’ experiences in a supervisor/managerial role, ideally within a 5 star environment;
  • Extensive food and wine knowledge;
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software;
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;

Most of all, the chosen candidate will be collaborative, energetic, optimistic, flexible and adaptable, and ready to work with a great team of people.
