Following the training Mr. Valerio Spiteri and Ing. Ray Vassallo had in December 2008, training all staff in Living responsible Business has commenced.
All management will be trained in Living and Leading Responsible Business.

Environmental Points we are doing:
- Glass separation
- All metals are recycled
- All used lamps are recycled
- Oil from Kitchens is recycled
- All batteries are recycled
- 50% of room lighting is energy saving
- All rooms are equipped with Balcony door switch which cuts off the A/C when opened.
- All rooms have double glazed glass
- All balconies are shaded from the sun
- Cleaning products dispensers are being used
- Recycled paper for toilet rolls is being used
- Recycled paper is used for public toilets hand towels
- Water flow restrictors are being used in bath rooms
- Soap dispensers are used in public toilets
- All public corridors are with energy saving lamps
- PIR detectors in all public toilets
- Remaining public areas have 80% energy saving lamps
- All outside areas are with energy saving lamps
- Rain water is collected in a reservoir and used for irrigation
- Indigenous plants are cultivated.
- We produce our own compost
- Hot water solar system (48 panels)
- E-mail used between departments therefore reducing the use of paper.
- Reports are designed to use less paper.
- We reuse used paper
- Recycled products are given preference when purchasing
- We buy local produce from local farmers and fishermen.
- We serve organic products .

- Re use of grey water as secondary water by using MBR technology
- Photovoltaic cells for producing electricity
- Solar heated indoor pool
- Computer management systems to control Air conditioning in rooms.
