Within its various hotels and resorts in Malta, IHGH has a wide range of restaurants and bars, each with its own special menus, atmosphere, location and reason for being. Our restaurants not only offer our in-house guests an array of innovative and mouthwatering dining options during their stay, but are also firm favourites with local patrons, many of whom we welcome back time and again.

Our eateries have something to woo all palates, and to suit all times of the day. From relaxed, Parisian-style bistros, al fresco bars and grills, and coffee shops with tempting pastries and connoisseur blends, to fine-dining with a relaxed contemporary ambience, our venues offer something for everyone, and for every occasion. Given Malta’s location at the heart of the Mediterranean, we are naturally inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, but here too, we always offer dishes with a contemporary flair and an edge. In fact, all our food, whether the best of local, Asian-Fusion or international, is created with a fresh approach to the classic repertoires, and always offers something to delight and surprise.

At Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, our bars and restaurants make the most of the stunning coastal location and sunsets. Start a perfect evening at Essence Bar lounge and terrace with our innovative eclectic cocktails, long drinks and aperitifs. Move on to Essence gourmet restaurant for contemporary sophistication and inspired menus. From October through June, patrons may enjoy the grand Sunday lunch buffet at Flavours, a relaxing, casual restaurant. A wide choice of carved meats, salads and sumptuous desserts are available to suit everyone’s tastes. While Mokka coffee bar is both the perfect start to the day it is also a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at sunsetagainst the backdrop of panoramic views.

Similarly, our Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian’s, offers an equally stunning view and choice of dining. Here, our modern take on a classic bar, the Bridge Bar, is a popular venue before and after-dinner and a social spot well into the early hours. In summer, The Edge Restaurant, set amid natural rock and a cactus garden right on the peninsula’s tip, is the epitome of relaxed, bistro-grill dining. Given its evocative coastal location, it specialises of course in the best of seasonal Mediterranean fish alla griglia. Boasting creative Oriental, Maltese and Italian menus, Kon tiki’s delicious dishes encourage guests to keep returning to the buffet for more.
